Ripoff? That depends if the tree silhouette is a stock image or not, as that's pretty much where the similarity ends.

The entire main graphic is a rip. From the dark tree to the subtle purple gradient and birds. The design firm that "created" this site simply viewed the background image on the original and re-used it. I can't believe someone actually paid the lazy designer who created that.

Apparently whoever owns that site changed things up a bit. I guess the guiltiness set it. Tree was changed to flowers, birds to stars. Screenalicio.us should take this example down.

I must notice something about this site screenalicious.com. Visitors don't comment screens to often. Only when they have to say: "Hey men... this is rip... hahaha". Come on people... be more creative. By the way. This site looks good to me. P.S. Show us your porfolio...

We used a royalty free image matched with company colors. We've just changed the website design.

Guys, those are royalty free images. They can be in anywhere.
