I don't think this is unoriginal at all. They obviously took some design ideas from Dara's Garden, but what's wrong with that? I dig it.

I agree with Sean. I see the resemblance in style, but I didn't know you could patent script fonts and polaroid pictures. Overall, I like it a lot.
